Elizabeth was awarded a BA (Hons) in Primary Education with Qualified Teacher Status at Canterbury Christchurch University in the UK and was engaged in Master level studies at the same university. Since completing her studies she has gained substantial early childhood education experience and has successfully taught and led the Early Years throughout her career in education.
During her career, she has completed the Leadership Pathways senior leadership qualification and has been awarded the National Professional Qualification for Headship. Both professional qualifications were awarded by the NCSL and completed at the Institute of Education in London.
She wholeheartedly believes that children are the most precious gift and that each individual has the potential to achieve and be successful. She is extremely passionate about education and lifelong learning and thrives on making a difference and enabling children and staff to excel and maximise their potential. She is immensely passionate about the importance of facilitating high quality learning experiences in order for young children to flourish and lay vital foundations. She firmly believes that this determines the adults that children will ultimately become, and that educators are privileged to be able to shape the future through young hearts and minds.
