Ever since, she has held various leadership roles such as a Senior Teacher and Vice-Principal before formally becoming the Principal of EtonHouse Bilingual Pre-School (215UBT) in 2017.

Natalie has had the privilege in bringing her experience and knowledge to the families and educators of 215UBT to bring about higher quality of learning for children in her care. Building a positive and collaborative partnership with families is something essential and valued at 215UBT because she believes that together with the school, parents can contribute towards a positive and exciting learning environment for children to develop in.

Natalie remains inspired by the teaching and learning approach in Reggio Emilia, Italy. Natalie is invested in developing herself professionally over the years as she participated in the International Study Group in Reggio Emilia. During this study trip, she was able to experience best practices and was immersed in enriching learning experiences offered to the children. Natalie is also committed in building relationships with fellow principals and colleagues. Having a network and community of support is part of improving oneself. Natalie has hosted workshops and talks locally and abroad as she shared her expertise in this field.

Natalie strongly believes that children have an equal right to opportunities and should be respected as unique individuals. Inculcating values such as empathy, compassion and responsibility are things advocated for in the 215UBT community. Together with her team of dedicated teachers and staff, they look forward to providing a holistic approach to education through inquisition, exploration and discovery!
