During this study trip, she was able to experience best practices and was immersed in enriching learning experiences offered to the children. Natalie is also committed in building relationships with fellow principals and colleagues. Having a network and community of support is part of improving oneself. Natalie has hosted workshops and talks locally and abroad as she shared her expertise in this field.

Natalie strongly believes that children have an equal right to opportunities and should be respected as unique individuals. Inculcating values such as empathy, compassion and responsibility are things advocated for in the 215UBT community. Together with her team of dedicated teachers and staff, they look forward to providing a holistic approach to education through inquisition, exploration and discovery!
