EtonHouse International School Foshan, China, commences operations
EtonHouse International School Foshan commenced operations on 5 September 2016.
During the first Open House on 30 July, Mrs Ng Gim Choo, Founder and Managing Director of EtonHouse International Education Group, shared the inspiration behind EtonHouse and talked about its growth over the past 21 years with over 100 campuses in 12 countries. She also shared her passion and commitment of empowering each child through high-quality education in each of the EtonHouse schools.
Leanne Sunarya, Executive Director of Pedagogy in EtonHouse spoke about the thinking behind the design and set-up of the school environment. She emphasised how each classroom is uniquely designed and derived from years of research and best practice in education.
Grainne O’Reilly, Principal of EtonHouse Foshan, is an experienced educator with extensive practical and executive experience in many countries. As an expert in international education for students 3 to 18 years of age, she is delighted to be a part of EtonHouse and expressed her commitment towards providing the best standards of practice in Foshan.
EtonHouse Foshan is commencing enrollment for the pre-school and primary years. The enrollment for high school will commence next year. The school tour brought visitors around the spacious classrooms, the library, light studio, visual and fine arts studio. The families were delighted with the beautifully designed and resourced learning environment and are excited about the opening of the school in September.
