Parent Liaison Executive

Job Role & Responsibilities

  • Handle all enquiries and conduct school tours for prospective parents
  • Handle parent complaints
  • Keep track of student numbers
  • Handle admissions and withdrawals of students
  • Promote and Market the school, including co-ordinating advertisements
  • Responsible for all administrative duties relating to students, such as invoices, fee collections, issuance of receipts, keeping stock of all related items
  • Assist with the editing and publishing of the school magazine
  • Any other duties as and when required

Job Requirements

  • At least 5 years of relevant management experience in customer service
  • Fluent in English and have extensive exposure in connecting with expatriates
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to multi-task and work independently
  • Proven track record using a consultative, solution-focused approach to customer service management
  • Ability to build customer rapport, confidence and trust using strong relationship building skills
  • Prior working experience in international schools, hotel, airline and related industry will be an added advantage
