Mr. John Cooley

Mr. John Cooley has held the position of Executive Principal of EtonHouse Schools and Pre-Schools, Singapore since August, 2007. Prior to taking up this role he was the Principal of the Broadrick Road Campus of EtonHouse International School and Pre-School leading the school to its authorisation as an International Baccalaureate PYP World School in June, 2007. He was appointed to the Broadrick Principalship in October, 2003.

Mr. Cooley has worked in education and educational leadership for over thirty five years. An Australian, he was formerly the Head of Junior School at Blue Mountains Grammar School in New South Wales, Australia and previous to that, Head of Junior School at the White Rocks Campus of Trinity Anglican School, Cairns, Australia.

Mr. Cooley was a member of the National Executive of the Junior Schools Heads Association of Australia from 2000-2002 and in 2003, Chairman of the Heads of Independent Co-educational Schools of New South Wales.  He also worked in senior teaching positions at The Cranbrook School in Sydney and with the New South Wales Department of Education.
