Josephyne Ho

Ms. Josephyne Ho has a Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood Education with honours. Jo is a strong believer in life-long learning and subsequently obtaineda post-graduate degree in Early Childhood Education from MonashUniversity.

Following an early career in customer service and relations, Jo has taught young children from the nursery and kindergarten levels during her teaching career in EtonHouse. Jo is also drawing on her experience and expertise in early childhood care and education to guide and mentor student teachers who undergo apprenticeship with EtonHouse Education Centre (EEC).

Jo’s teaching philosophy is that every child can and will learn. She believes that learning happens easily when the child is actively involved in the learning process - when the learning process is connected to the child's interests and abilities, and when it is hands-on enjoyment!  She makes it her goal to make every child's education a positive, happy experience and to help develop the confidence necessary to become a risk-taking, problem solving, life-long learner.
