  • International experience, especially in Asia is highly regarded. 
  • Willingness to commit to a 2-year contract.

Parent Liaison Executive

Job Role & Responsibilities

This position requires the candidate to work closely with the Parent Liaison team in the function of promoting the school and new student enrolment. Essentially, the candidate will provide customer care services to students and their parents during their stay with the school.

Job Requirements:

  • 2 years of customer service experience with at least a Diploma in Mass Communications.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English. Basic knowledge of spoken Japanese or Korean will be a plus.
  • Prior work experience in a Pre-School environment will be most preferred
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to multi-task and work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential in this role.

Admissions/Parent Liaison Manager

This position requires the candidate to work closely with the Principal in the function of promoting the school and new student enrolment. Essentially, this position will be required to build strong and trusting relationships with internal and external customers and suppliers. This position provides customer care services to students and their parents during their stay with the school.

Job Role & Responsibilities

  • Handle all enquiries and conduct school tours for prospective parents
  • Handle parent complaints
  • Keep track of student numbers
  • Handle admissions and withdrawals of students
  • Promote and market the school, including co-ordinating advertisements
  • Responsible for all administrative duties relating to students, such as invoices, fee collections, issuance of receipts, keeping stock of all related items
  • Assist with the editing and publishing of the school magazine
  • Any other duties as and when required

Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years of relevant management experience in customer service
  • Fluent in English and have extensive exposure in connecting with international families
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to multi-task and work independently
  • Proven track record using a consultative, solution-focused approach to customer service management
  • Ability to build customer rapport, confidence and trust using strong relationship building skills
  • Prior working experience in international schools, hotel, airline and related industry will be an added advantage

Parent Liaison Executive

Job Description:

To work closely with the Parent Liaison Manager in carrying out the following duties:

  • Keep up to date with current academic information and product knowledge
  • Conduct tours around the school’s facilities for prospective parents
  • Attend to parents’ enquiries or complaints, and document them for the Principal and Parent Liaison Manager’s reference and follow-up
  • Attend to school functions and Open House, which may be held beyond the working hours
  • Handle all documents related to the enrolment and withdrawal of students
  • Ensure prompt collection of school fees, issuance of receipts, and liaise with parents where necessary
  • Liaise with transport companies on student’s transportation matters
  • Perform general administrative duties, which include answering phone calls, managing and maintaining of databases and inventories for marketing materials, uniforms etc., and assisting in marketing activities
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • 2 years of working experience in the area of customer service is preferred
  • Good command of English, Chinese and Cantonese language skills is required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to multi-task, and work well as a team and independently
  • Prior working experience at a pre-school environment will be an advantage
