EtonHouse International School and EtonHouse Pre-School are authorised together as an International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programmeme (PYP) World School. This World School status was conferred by the International Baccalaureate Organisation in June, 2007.
The school site is located in a quiet, leafy residential area adjacent to the Geylang walkway connector and canal. The nearest Dakota MRT station is a short 3 minute walk from the school. Broadrick Road is within easy commuting distance of the city and Changi airport - and close by to the popular East Coast Park.
The school is housed in a traditional 4 storey classroom block that accommodates year level classrooms, specialist rooms, language classrooms, library and a computer laboratory. A primary classroom block accommodates primary classrooms and a Chinese Cultural Room. A River Wing addition provides a suite of specialist language and learning support classrooms. The constructed multi-purpose hall provides facilities for dining and assemblies/stage presentations. The school also has extensive grounds and playing fields including the big marquee.
Teaching staff are recruited from the United Kingdom, Continental Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, India, Japan, Hong Kong, China and Singapore. All teachers are qualified professionals with the skills and dedication to meet the individual learning needs of the children in their care.
